OK...are we trying to trigger Petiradon/Babycerasaurus and Lost World now? I mean, I guess it helps them get big bosses out (well, bar Ultimate Conductor) and deals with mirror matches, so I suppose this works. If all else, guess you can use this to generate Graveyard fodder for Miscellaneosaurus (I probably spelled it wrong, but you know what I'm talking about), banish stuff for Tyranno Infinity and OTK (or get close to it thereof).

This is completely broken.

 

This + Babycerasaurus or Petiranodon, destroy the the Baby/Peti in your hand and one in the deck. Special Summon Soul Devouring Oviraptor and any Level 4 Dino. Oviraptor searches Ultimate Conductor Tyranno which you Summon by banishing the 2 Baby/Petis and overlay the Oviraptor and the other Level 4 for Laggia/Dolkka.

 

This in itself is insane enough, but then for every extra Baby/Peti in your hand you get an extra rank 4, up to 3 xyz monsters total.

 

I don't know how to nerf this while still keeping it playable, just know that it's an insane card with too much power for too little cost. Maybe if it restricted you to Dinosaurs for the turn, since you then couldn't make the Xyz and Petiranodon would restrict your ability to OTK too much with it. It's still rather insane though.
