Cannot be Special Summoned, except by Link Summon. When Special Summoned: Target 1 monster in your Graveyard; equip it to this card. It gains ATK equal to the equipped monster's ATK. When it leaves the field: Special Summon the monster equipped this way to its owner's side of the field. Once per turn: You can banish 1 monster equipped by this card's effect to target 1 monster linked to this card; equip it to this card.

This is risky as it either unlockes no zones at all or it unlocks as many to your opponent as it does to you, but it is interesting how it can absorb monsters a la Relinquished and it doesn't cost you to equip that first time. The way its worded is wacky so let me help you with that.

^This should make it more clear in terms of what it banishes, I think.

Also on what's cost and what's effect and the optionals and targets and whatnot.

 

I like the way it does it. Link 4 is not too outrageously expensive for a monster that's more self-sufficient rather than just something that's being looked at as a tool to let you use other Summoning methods, like the Links we currently have IRL do. It is a good concept, probably coming out from what Decode Talker cannot do to an opponent's Linked monster.
