My second card, inspired my the Marvel character.

I'm still kinda new so please give me your thoughts. Thanks!

 

Type: Spellcaster   Attribute: Light

ATK: 2700, DEF: 2200

Effect:When your opponent activates a Spell/Trap card while this card is face-up on the field, you can return this card to your hand, and if you do, reduce this card's level by 3. All Battle Damage you receive during the turn this effect is activated is halved. You can use this effect of 'Doctor Strange' only once per Duel.

I suggest you change it so Doctor Strange's level is lowered by 3 only until it is Summoned again or for a specified amount of time. Otherwise, its Level would reach 1, and since we can't have negative levels in this game (unless you're a Dark Synchro user, but that's another story), you wouldn't be able to utilize his effect anymore.
