(This cards name is always teated as Elemental Hero Neos).If You Control a face-up "Neos" Card Special Summon this card from the hand or Graveyard.If this card is shuffled into the add one "Neos Space" from your deck or graveyard to your hand.

 

This is my first post so don't go to hash on me I just try to give a old useless archetype something they card use and be proud of coz what have Neos deck done I the past 7 years really.

I suggest you make it so Space Neos requires you to Tribute your current Neos monster to Special Summon Space Neos so Summoning it has some sort of a drawback.

 

I'm assuming you mean when Space Neos is shuffled into the deck. That's an interesting effect, though, and I can see that being beneficial for you.

Why would you want it to Tribute original Neos (or even the Fusions)? As they are, Neos decks are slow as hell and don't need more ways to minus, given their forced return effects. (You need to explain WHY you think this card should Tribute)

If you control a face-up "Neos" card, you can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. If this card is shuffled into the Deck: Add 1 "Neos Space" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

 

Going to assume that it does shuffle into the Deck (though that's the only thing that makes sense)

As-is, it is a free 2500 beater, but considering the Neos Fusions return to the Deck at the End Phase (why?), you can afford to leave the effect as-is. There exists Neos Alius, yes, but that's really all you can do with this. Searching Neo Space if you Contact Fuse is nice though, and yeah, addresses the forced return thing. Granted, this does beat out OG Neos in everything, bar O - Oversoul and other Vanilla supports for revival, but nowadays, former is outdated.
