Stormwind Brachiosaurus

Level 10

WIND

Dinosaur/Effect

ATK: 3500 DEF: 2000

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Can only be Special Summoned(from your Hand) by destroying 2 Dinosaur-Type monsters in your Hand. If this card is Special Summoned: Target 1 card your opponent controls; Shuffle it into your opponent's Deck. You can only use this effect of "Stormwind Brachiosaurus" once per turn. This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each. Once per turn: You can tribute 1 monster, then target 1 Dinosaur-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it.

Seems a bit op ( to me) and the correct term would be discarding any number of dinosaur type monsters. An effect like making it discard 3 or more would see less spam of the card or banishing 3 or more dinosaurs from your graveyard which boosts other dinosaur monsters like infinite tyranno. (just an opinion)

I changed it to require a specific number of Dinosaurs and it now affects only 1 card. However, yes, cards can be destroyed while in hand. If they couldn't, Fire King Yaksha and True Kings would be useless.

Balance-wise, it should be fine. Sure, it's got a removal effect and a revival effect, but all at relatively fair costs. In fact, you don't even need to destroy 2 to activate the shuffle effect. You could use A Wild Monster Appears! It is a shame that it's not Level 6 though. Otherwise, you'd be able to add it via Fossil Dig. Still, it's a neat boss monster for Dinosaurs to play with.
