This cards name is treated as "SPYRAL Super Agent" while its on the field or in your graveyard. When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, reveal the excavate the top 3 cards of your opponents deck, then return them to the top of your opponents deck in any order. When this card is sent to the graveyard, add 1 "SPYRAL" or "SPYGAL" card from your deck to your hand. You can only activate each effect of "SPRYAL Groovy" once per turn.

So SPYRAL Groovy like Tough can treat itself as Super Agent, in addition it can both set up the top 3 cards of your opponents deck for your other Spyral cards and can search for both SPYRAL and SPYRAL cards from your deck when it leaves the field. Still its ATK and DEF are Super Agents but switched due to the fact its based on Austin Powers which was the parody to James Bond.
