When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, place 1 "Crystal Beast" Monster from your deck either to your hand or into your Spell/Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card. If you have 7 or more "Crystal Beast" Monsters with different names either on your field or in your graveyard, you can banish this card from your graveyard; Special Summon 1 "Rainbow Dragon" from your hand, deck or graveyard to your side of the field ignoring its summoning condition. You can only activate each effect of "Prism Dragon" once per turn. So Prism Dragon supports crystal beast similar to Pegasus but limits it to the deck but allows you to choose if you want to have it as a continuous spell or add it to your hand to summon, plus this also helps you with summoning Rainbow Dragon where if you meet Rainbow Dragons conditions you can banish this from the graveyard to summon it from either hand, deck or graveyard ignoring it summoning conditions plus with both effects I put a hard OPT clause on them.
