When this card is Link Summoned, you can Xyz Summon 1 Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck using 2 Monsters you control or from your GY as Xyz Material. You can only activate this effect of "Xyz Paradigm Shifter" once per turn. When a Xyz Monster is Xyz Summoned to the zone this card points to, you can move that monster to another Main Monster Zone on your side of the field. If this card were to be destroyed (either by battle or by card effect) you can attach this card to 1 Xyz Monster you control as a Xyz Material instead.

So like how we have Fusion and Synchro versions of Paradigm Shifter which I made previous finally got around to the Xyz version which can generate Xyz Monsters, move them to other zones and if it were to die attach itself to an Xyz Monster thus making it quite the set up card.
