When this card is sent to the GY, you can add 1 Level 4 or lower DARK Dragon or Machine Monster from your deck to your hand. You can only activate this effect of "Artificial Dragon" once per turn. ATK/2000 DEF/0 So what Artificial Dragon basically does is support Cyberdarks by being a 2000 ATK monsters for the main deck Cyberdarks where if it sent to the graveyard it can search them. In addition its treated as a Machine type for lore and also balanced by not being able to attack while it has that base 2000 ATK for a level 3.
