Trap Card

Activate this card while you control 3 or more WATER Monsters and among them is a Level/Rank 8 or higher monster. Destroy all cards on your opponents side of the field. Your opponent cannot activate card effects in response to this cards activation. During the End Phase of the turn this card was activated, return all WATER Monsters you control back to your hand.

 

So for a powerful impact style trap card Blizzard Tsunami while you have 3 or more Water Monster where one of those monsters is Level/Rank 8 or bigger it allows you to nuke your opponents field clean while preventing your opponent from reacting to it and during the End Phase has you return all your WATER Monsters back to your hand making you vulnerable to your opponents attacks if you didn't take them out that turn.
