If you either control no monsters or you control only "F.A." Monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Gains ATK equal to its Level x 300. Cannot be destroyed by battle with an opponent's monster whose original Level/Rank is lower than this card's Level. Each time a "F.A." Spell/Trap Card or effect is activated: You can increase this card's Level by 1. If this card is Level 7 or higher, increase the ATK of all "F.A." Monsters you control by 1000.

So for F.A.'s this helps speed the monsters up further as it first can Special Summon itself (along with multiplies of itself if you only control "F.A." Monsters) then its Level 7 effect gives all "F.A." Monsters an additional 1000 ATK meaning with Multiples of these your opponents going to need something big to counter it.

 

In addition for F.A. Decks this also allows for various Link and Xyz plays when you have multiplies of this in your hand.

I love this. Opening multiples allows for some 2-4 material Link summons or can allow for some nice rank 5 plays right off the bat(CDI for days). Also, in combination with the other F.A. monsters(all 2 of them) 1000 ATK is nothing to scoff at with the ATK becoming a little over 5000 at level 7. So, I think that means that not even UTL can out 3 of these at level 7.
