FLIP: Shuffle all Spell/Traps on the field (min. 1 each player) into the Decks. Then, each player excavates cards from the top of their Deck, until they excavate a Spell/Trap. Each player Sets their excavated Spell/Trap, also sends the remaining cards to the GY.

Quite interesting card. Reminds me of Magical Merchant, but this one is armed with a non-destructive backrow removal and by being flipped during the opponent;s turn and you setting a Trap from its effect, you get to activate that Trap in your next turn, speeding things up a bit. Plus as Level4 EARTH/Rock allows it to get support from Rock toys like Block Golem, as well as Ties of the Brethren in the Rock Stun variants that use it, for whatever that's worth.

 

The card looks fine to me. The worst I can imagine this card doing is being played as a mass-milling tool like Magical Merchant is, but Merchant is nowhere to be seen in the competitive game so that shouldn't be an issue. Other than that, it's an slow non-destructive Heavy Storm that gives a Spell/Trap to both players, keeping it fair IMO since the opponent can end up getting a Spell/Trap just as good, or stronger, than yours.

This could be exploited in Lightsworns, Zombies, and any monster heavy deck. This could also be run along with Lawnmowing and Left Arm Offering. It is a flip effect, but this could be easily exploited. The minimum of 1 per player makes it a bit better balanced, but seriously this could be the same amount of crazy that the other Morphing Jars were famous and banned for.
