At least evilfusion.dek has a reason to actually Rank 4 instead of constantly aiming to Rank 8 all the time. The searching helps and alleviates the need to Tribute Wizard for searching, and yeah, a bridge to make Cipher, FA Photon or Number 62 is always nice. 

 

I would say that the searching needs an OPT, but given how power creeped they are nowadays, it shouldn't kill them.
