Unless you used Forbidden Chalice (I think this is the one that negates for a 400 ATK boost), Skill Drain's out or something; probably former, you're just going to summon this the traditional way. Skeptical on the Vanity's Emptiness clause though; recall that it got banned and you have its effect on a 4K body. That, and once it's revived from the GY with no material, nothing's stopping you.

 

Then again, it's better if you actually Rank-Up from 30 instead of doing it the other way; though whether Decks actually want to run #30 in the first place is another matter.

With consideration to your mention of its revival with no materials. I made a slight edit where it only gains the Vanity's Emptiness effect upon being Xyz Summoned... Hope that makes it more tolerable.
