So Master Code Talker acts as the key boss for code talkers that can revive any Link 3 or lower code talker (including the new Link 2 Code Talker) to your field. In addition it can protect itself and other Code Talkers you control.

 

In terms of deck use this can be ideal with cyberse decks that can easily bring out the Link 3 Code Takers while getting those additional 2 or Link 2 Monster(s) to your side of the field with it to summon this.
