Thomas★Zero Posted September 1, 2017 Report Share Posted September 1, 2017 Soul Caster Spell Card Target 1 Normal Spell Card in your GY; activate the effect of the targeted card, then, banish the targeted card face down. This card is banished face down instead of going to the GY. You can only activate "Soul Caster" once per turn. So basically Soul Caster allows you to activate Normal Spell Cards from your grave where through ruling similar to Diamond dude since your not activating the card but the effect of it you don't have to apply cost that are listed on the card making it quite a handy card. In addition for balancing it, I made it both banish itself and the targeted card face down meaning that you won't be able to use both the targeted card and the this again with another Soul Caster while I also made this a hard OPT clause. In general decks using staple deck theme and limited spells like Raigeki and Upstart will find this quite amazing as a card for allowing you to recycle effects of cards already used or sent to the grave already by an opponents card effect.
