Junk Raver Posted April 22, 2008 Report Share Posted April 22, 2008 ^_^ Hehe, i was wondering when someone would make a thread about this; Yes indeed, YCMaker created a short while ago, a new group known as 'Rep Spammer'. Users in that group i believe cannot give reps out, and i think possibly cannot recieve reps in return, possibly, i cannot quite remember what he said ^_^ Its to stop people who constantly or have, dished out spam + or - Reps.
