So Cyber Parasite is based on being a bigger version of Plasma Eel where its a Scale 1 with a Pendulum effect to negate an attack and weaken a monster while depending on the zone its in it can also continue to weaken your opponents monster.

 

In Pendulum Decks this card can be a way to protect yourself while making it possible to weaken and break through your opponents monsters while being a scale 1 for effective pendulum summons.
