Continuous Spell Card

Effect: Twice per turn, if you add a card from your Deck or GY to your hand: Place 1 Macro Counter on this card. You can send this card with at least 4 Macro Counters on it from the field to the GY, then shuffle up to 4 cards in your GY into your Deck, except "Macromanagement"; draw 1 card. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase this turn. You can only use this effect of "Macromanagement" once per turn.

Aside from the relevance of the card's name to its effect, I can barely (if even) see any good use for the card. There are many other, better or instant solutions to recycle/draw power (several "Pot" and "Jar" cards are only some of them). Your card basically does nothing until your next turn (best case scenario), and even then you lose your Battle Phase. Why? You should draw at least 2 cards and maybe shuffle only 3 cards from your GY for how slow and unreliable it is. (Don't forget that your opponent can remove it from the field if they wish to.)

That's from my part. However, I'm curious: What inspired you to make the card?

So first off, I recommend you visit the rules you see how to correctly format your post, second off, as stated above, there is no reason to ever use this card. Maybe if you could add all 4 counters to it in one turn or decrease the amount of counters required to activate the effect of this card (to 2 or so so you could max it out in one turn), it would be worth running. I can see the effect you are trying to go after (or at least I think I do, a sort of Graceful Charity, but legal), but the skipping your battle phase is only rubbing the would with bacteria. I'm confused as to what the relationship is there. The final point I'd like to make to towards the grammar. generally, cards that have that can build up over time, the effect will change over time, so the more you build it, the more valuable it becomes encouraging you to protect it. With this, it doesn't matter how many counters I build, I only get to add 4 cards from my GY to my deck. So my recommendation would be to either set a limit on the amount of counters you can build up or have it so that for example, 1 counter is 1 card that gets sent back to the deck.
