Thomas★Zero Posted October 19, 2017 Report Share Posted October 19, 2017 Neo Cyber Dragon LIGHT Link: L, U, R Machine/Link/Effect 3 "Cyber Dragon" Monsters Must be Link Summoned. While this card is face up on the field or in your GY, this card is treated as "Cyber Dragon". Increase this cards ATK by 300 for each Machine Monster banished and in your GY. If this card is used as a Fusion Material for a "Chimeratech" Fusion Monster, you can Special Summon this card either banished or from you GY to you side of the field. ATK/2100 LINK-3 So Neo Cyber Dragon basically supports Cyber Dragons as a self ATK boosting Link Monster for each machine banished or in the grave (which starts at 3000 ATK with a minimum of 3 Cyber Dragons) and can revive itself if used as a material for Chimeratech. In turn also it also in Cyber Dragons also opens Space up for having 2 Cyber Dragon Infinity's on the field. In cyber dragons once possible to summon it can be used as a Chimertech Megafeet Material (which Megafeet will have 2400 ATK) where after that's been summoned you can bring this back while opening 2 link zones for you to summon extra Cyber Dragon Extra Deck stuff from.
