So Hatrick Summon supports Pendulum Decks as a Scale 0 Pendulum Monster that can send Pendulums to the grave and allows you so summon 1 from their when your Pendulum Summon Monsters from the hand. In addition its monster effect allows you any time to return a Pendulum Monster and a Pendulum Card in your Pendulum Zone back to the hand which can allow you to edit your scales and set up for bigger Pendulum plays.

 

In all this card acts as a key that allows you better access to your Extra Deck Pendulums by sending them to the grave first where Monsters summoned from the grave go into your Main Monster Zones.
