This card should hit the ban hammer its a jar of greed on streoids that second effect is the reason it should be banned even if its a situational effect it can still be useful so this card can grab you the life saving card or stop a card like negate attack BANHAMMER

Wait I think I get it. Unlike the rest of the draw cards where you need some other card to use it, Allure the dark monster, Trade In the level 8, you can use this card from the get go no matter what else you might have.

If the draw effect makes it broken. I can't seem to understand.

If this card's effect can draw only 1 card, then it will NOT make a difference if this card wasn't placed in the Deck since you would have drawn the card that would be drawn by this card if this card will not be placed in the Deck. Got my point? Also it seems useless to put cards that lets you draw 1 card from your Deck.

so upstart goblin should be banned to not only is it a deck thinner but you can draw 1 card off the bat, you guys think nearly every card in the game needs to be banned.

 

Only argument you'll give to this upstart gives your opponent a 1000 life points and doesn't have a second option, big whoop.
