(Quick Effect) while you control a Link 3 or higher Dragon Monster: you can tribute this card; target 1 Monster your opponent controls, destroy the targeted Monster, then, inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent. You can only activate this effect of "Shotrokket Dragon" once per turn. ATK/1000 DEF/1000 So Shotrokket Dragon helps Rokket and Borral Load as it effectively can help generate your link monsters since its special summoning effect isn't limited to OPT when it comes to only controlling rokket Monsters and its quick effect can help take out opponents monsters and dealing damage where it allows you to direct attack if your opponent then after controls no monsters.
