During your Draw Phase, you can add the top card of your Deck to your hand instead of conducting your normal draw. Your maximum hand size becomes 6. If an Attack Position monster you control is attacked by an opponent's monster with higher ATK, you take battle damage equal to the difference.

The first effect is too overpowered, I don't see why Konami would allow this card to exist. The rest is fine, though.

Now you're taking double damage tho
