So Crescent Moon Archer is a Pendulum Synchro that can be used in Pendulum decks for dealing heavy piercing damage where if it battles a set monster flipping it up it negates its effects and deals double damage. Finally its Pendulum effect then sets your opponents monsters where their unable to change their position.

 

In Pendulum Decks this would be a decent scale 1 Synchro that can shut down most of your opponents monsters and deal allot of damage.
