Thomas★Zero Posted November 18, 2017 Report Share Posted November 18, 2017 Monster RE:Born Spell Card Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Monster from your GY. You can banish this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 Cyberse Monster from your GY. You can only activate 1 "Monster RE:Born" effect per turn and only once that turn. So simply this card acts as a smaller Monster Reborn allowing you to revive level 4 or lower Monsters but can also banish it self the turn after to revive a Cyberse Monster which includes links where this will allow you to ladder into your bigger Link Monsters. This card allows you to easily set up for Synchro, Xyz and Link Plays and where the summoned Monsters effects aren't negated. To balance this card I made it so it had a hard OPT Clause where you can only use one effect or the other. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
