If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Your opponent cannot target WATER monsters you control for attacks or effects, except this card. You can banish this card from your GY to target 1 "Umi" in your GY; send 1 WATER monster from your Deck to the GY, and return the target to the Deck.

-Downbeat = Levia Dragon Daedalus or Posseidra.

-The other effect recycles any "Umi" cards, so Lemuria and Legendary Ocean are both viable, which in turn have plenty of ways to be searched out (Terraforming, Demise of the Land, Set Rotation, Metaverse).

-"Xyz Dimension Splash" can Special Summon 2 copies of this card.

-Protects Codarus and any of the old Umi-based monsters

-It is meant to setup Slushy as an engine, being able to send either it or Daedalus to the GY. With double Burial from a Different Dimension allowed nowadays, you should be able to revive Levia every turn and nuke the field every turn as well.

-Finally, the above engine should help you splash "Fish and Swaps".
