So Tron Linker fits into the Digi and Bitron Normal Cyberse Monsters where this can easily be set up with Draconnet and then laddered up as it both summons another Bit or Digitron on summon and when its being used as a link Material. In turn it easily can allow you to get something like a Encode Talker with Draconnect in a zone it points to so you can generate a lot of damage with the Encode Talker.
