When this card is activated while you control no monsters: You can Special Summon 1 "Yubel" from your hand, Deck or GY but you cannot Summon/Set other monsters during this turn, except "Yubel" monsters. Your opponent cannot target other "Yubel" cards you control with card effects. You can target 1 face-up "Yubel" monster you control and 1 card your opponent controls; destroy them. You can only use this effect of "Yubel Creation" once per turn.

This greatly ups the speed of the theme, instant Summoning it without going to the shenanigans of GY dropping and reviving, and its built-in Scrap Dragon pop is very welcomed.

This being a Yubel card itself, it is anti-target. That can be a real pain, only non-target removal working (which also goes for the monsters).

Ultimate Nightmare can be pretty amusing here. 

 

It sounds like an issue for the deck that it being 0 ATK means it depends on what the opponent drops, which could max out on some 3k Kaijus you give them.... but this is a pretty good progress regardless.
