If you control no Monsters or only Level 4 Monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only Special Summon "Utopic Warrior" this way once per turn. while this card is attached to a "Utopia" Xyz Monster as a Xyz Material, that Xyz Monster can attack all monsters once during each of your Battle Phases. During your Main Phase: you can target 1 "Utopia" Xyz Monster you control, attach this card from your GY to the targeted Monster as a Xyz Material. You can only activate this effect of "Utopic Warrior" once per turn.

So Utopic Warrior acts as support for Utopia Decks as this can summon itself it you control nothing or only Level 4 Monsters to make your Utopia's and while attached to a Utopia Monster gives it the ability to attack all Monsters once and finally can reattach this card back to a Utopia Monster you control so you can reuse it as a Xyz Material.

 

I balanced this by making the summon and recycling Xyz Material effect a hard OPT so its not too abusible besides having your Utopia Xyz having the multi attacking ability kept into effect.
