Rokket Launcher Dragon

Pendulum: Each time a "Rokket" monster(s) is Special Summoned, inflict 200 points of damage to your opponent for each "Rokket" monster that was Special Summoned.

Dragon/Pendulum/Effect

During your Main Phase 1: you can target 1 "Rokket" monster you control except Monsters with 0 ATK, the targeted monsters ATK becomes 0, then, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the targeted monsters original ATK. You can only activate this effect of "Rokket Launcher Dragon" once per turn.

Rokket Loader Dragon

Pendulum: When a "Rokket" monster(s) is used as Link Material to Link Summon a DARK Dragon Link Monster, Special Summon all "Rokket" monster(s) from your GY that were used as Link Material for that card. You can only activate this effect of "Rokket Loader Dragon" once per turn.

Dragon/Pendulum/Effect

Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1: you can add 1 "Rokket" monster from your GY to your hand. At the start of the damage step, when this card battles an opponents monster: target 1 "Rokket" monster you control except "Rokket Loader Dragon", increase this cards ATK equal to the ATK of the targeted monster until after damage calculation.

So these Rokket Pendulums help Rokkets in terms of inflicting damage and recycling them. Launcher inflicts damage for each Rokket summoned and can also inflict bigger damage if on the field as a monster it targets a Rokket and inflicts damage equal to its ATK. Loader on the other hand helps recycle your Rokkets when they been used as Link Material by re-summoning them once a turn and also as a monster it calso can add 1 Rokket from your grave to your hand and can gain attack from another Rokket when it battles an opponents monster.

 

In all these 2 cards will help speed up rokket plays and enable them to ladder into bigger link monsters quickly like borreload dragon.
