This Link Summoned monster Attribute is also treated as the Attributes of monsters that were used as this cards Link Material. Increase the ATK of all monsters you control with the same attribute as this card by 300 for each monster in your GY with a different attribute. When this card leaves the field, increase your LP equal to number of monsters in your GY with different attributes x 500.

So Disciple acts as a nice 3 downward link monster where it can gain multiple attributes depending on the monsters used for it and gives them along with itself a 300 boost per attribute in grave (max 1500) and also gives you 500 LP per attribute in grave as well when it leaves the field (max 3000).

 

Decks like E-HERO, Yang Zing, Elementsabers and other multi attribute decks can use this to the best of its ability along with where Temple of the Elemental Lords can even boost this cards ATK even further.
