Must be Link Summoned and summoned to the Extra Monster Zone. When this card is Link Summoned, excavate the top 5 cards of your deck, then, Special Summon any Monsters revealed among the excavated cards that can be Normal Summoned and shuffle the rest into your deck. You can only activate this effect of "Divine Dragon Deity of Hope - Utopic Advent" once per duel. Increase this cards ATK by 500 for each other Monster you control. When this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate card effects until after damage calculation. When this card leaves the field, banish all cards in your Extra Deck face-down.

So Divine Dragon Deity of Hope is meant to act as a god like Link Monster with an ability to summon monsters from the top 5 cards of your deck to the field and gain ATK based on the number of monsters you control where if you can get 5 Monsters from its effect it can become a 5500 ATK Monster. In addition to this it also can attack with your opponent not being able to activate card effects.

 

In decks that can utilize a lot of light monsters where they can at least a Link 3 Light Monster and another Light Monster and any other monster you can make this.
