When this card is Link Summoned: Special Summon 1 Tuner Monster from your Deck and 1 Tuner Monster from your GY to your side of the field, then, Special Summon 1 "Red Warrior Token" (DARK/Warrior/Level 5/ATK 2000/DEF 2000). During the turn you activated this effect, you cannot Summon Synchro Monsters from your Extra Deck except DARK Dragon Synchro Monsters. (Quick Effect): you can banish this card; Special Summon 1 Level 8 "Red Dragon Archfiend" Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck to your side of the field (this Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon.) You can only activate each effect of "Red Dragon Knight" once per turn.

So this card supports the RDA deck where this when summon generates 2 Tuners and a Token where this allows for tuning into Red Dragon Archfiend or Double Tuning into Tyrant Red Dragon Archfiend. Then as a Quick Effect it allows you to banish it to bring any version of the Level 8 Red Dragon Archfiend from your Extra Deck where with the summoned Tuners can further allow you to summon Abyss, Bane, King Calamity or Red Nova Dragon. These are balanced by having hard OPT Clause but also in RDA decks this can effectively up out the deck.

It should also restrict Link Summons, not just Synchro monsters. You already have 3 link markers. preventing the summoning of more link monsters while this card is on the field would be the way to go.
