Must be Link Summoned and summoned to your Extra Monster Zone. You can Special Summon this card from your Hand, field and/or Extra Deck by banishing 4 Dragon Monsters (1 Fusion, 1 Synchro, 1 Xyz, and 1 Pendulum) face-down while you have 2 "Sorcerer" Pendulum Cards in your Pendulum Zones (this Special Summon us treated as a Link Summon.) This card cannot be destroyed either by battle or by card effects. This card cannot be targeted by your opponents card effects. Once per turn: you can Special Summon 1 "Supreme King Dragon" from your Extra Deck to a zone this card points to ignoring its summoning conditions. If you control 8 or more "Supreme King" Cards with different names during your End Phase, you win the duel.

So this acts as the Z-ARC that can allow you to have this and the Supreme King Dragons all on the field.

 

Its Summoning condition focus on you having Astrograph and Chronograph on the field in order to be activate and requires you to banish 4 Dragons face down 3 to 4 of these being from your Extra Deck face down.

 

In exchange for not being able to destroy cards when its summoned it cannot be destroyed by battle and it can summon Supreme King Dragons much faster than the original.

 

Finally once you have 8 Different Supreme King cards on the field (This, SKD Odd-Eyes, SKD Starving Venom SKD Clear Wing, SKD Dark Rebellion, SKD Darkwurm, SKG Infinity and SKG Zero) and survive to the End Phase this grants you an automatic Win.

 

In Supreme King Decks this will not only grant you an alternate means for Z-ARC but all also allow you to utilize Supreme Rage in order to bring out the other Supreme King Dragons.
