So this card as a Link 4 focus's on piercing effects where it can when attacking change all attack position Monsters to defence and inflict piercing damage. In addition to that it also gives all Monsters in Zones it points to piercing as well and through this card piercing damage can grant you massive LP gain.

 

In Cyberse and Decks that can make Link 4's while generating a Link 2 or higher Monster in the process to make it can take full advantage of this cards battle orientated effects.
