Once per turn, during your Main Phase: You can pay 1000 LP; your opponent cannot activate Set Spell/Trap Cards or Cards from their hand until the End Phase this turn. Your opponent cannot activate card effects in response to this effect. You can only control 1 "The Computer" on the field.

So the Computer is a combined version of The Calculator, Calibrator and The Accumulator where in addition to this it also at the cost of 1000 life shut down your opponents set cards and hand traps for the turn. where your opponent cannot activate card effects in response to it. I balanced this by limiting you to only having 1 Computer on the field at a time due to its varied attack gain effect and its ability to shut down your opponents set cards hand traps.
