[Written+Images] Toon Monarchs plus Magical Toon Excavation

So after finding the images I decided to make the toon versions of the Monarchs were their effects act similar to the originals but help Toon Monsters and also made a Toon version of Magicial Stone Excavation just to help recycle spells sent to the grave by the Toon Monarchs effects.

You can Special Summon this card from your hand by tributing 1 Toon Monster you control. When this card is Special Summoned, you can send 2 "Toon" Spell/Trap Cards with different names from your hand and/or Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, shuffle 1 card from your opponent's hand (at random), Graveyard, or their side of the field into the Deck. Once per turn, during the Main Phase, if you control "Toon World": you can add 1 "Toon" card from your GY to your hand. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly.

You can Special Summon this card from your hand by tributing 1 Toon Monster you control. When this card is Special Summoned, you can send 2 "Toon" Spell/Trap Cards with different names from your hand and/or Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Toon Monster from your Deck, but return it to your hand during the End Phase. During your opponent's Main Phase, if this card is in your hand and you control "Toon World": You can banish 1 "Toon" Spell/Trap Card from your Graveyard; immediately after this effect resolves, Special Summon this card from your hand. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly.
