Mr.BS
Target two face-up effect monsters and add one of their effects to the other monster. There must be a face-up "Illusionist Faceless Mage" in order to activate this card. If this face-up card is destroyed, destroy the two monsters. xray1324
First of all, unexpected support for a mediocre normal level 5. The actual card itself is pretty powerful, actually. Only thing that makes it semi-balanced is the fact you have to control that guy.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Too bad the retrain doesn't have a "treated as Illusionist Faceless Mage" effect somewhere, but probably was for the best. Yeah, the effect on its own is really good, though you do have to take into consideration Link and Xyz Monsters having their effects "transferred" to a non-Link or non-Xyz monster and they cannot function properly. It's not an issue if you transfer between 2 Links or 2 Xyz monsters, but yeah. Might want to account for those and update accordingly. Also fact that the OG Faceless needs to exist, but unless you're playing a Pegasus fan deck from the anime, there's a slim chance of getting him out anyway. Then again, this would've probably been a card he'd use anyway.
Dokutah
i do have several question: 1) "Target two face-up effect monsters and add one of their effects to the other monster." i find this wording a bit ambiguous, since either both monster gain the effects of one-another or only 1 target gain the other effect. while the earlier is more powerful the latter scenario is realistic since there is a card with a wording specify that 2) "add one of their effects" usually effect gain in this game is basically gaining every singles word OR a specified effects within relatively "less interact-able" clauses . while your wording indicate that i choose whatever part of the effects i want (like my other target has 3 effect and i can freely choose one to be gain to the other) which unprecedented in this game with that out of the way. i think its ok card? kinda tricky to value this, on the other hand it possibly extend any advantage effects that locked by single activation due to missing copies if not simply bypassed your HOPT effects. while require you to run a nearly brick cards if not for the the existence of Summoner's Art and Pendulums. so probably a clunkier version Odd-eyes (with added target Arc Pendulum)?
