If this card was Link Summoned using a "Kingdom Neos" Fusion Monster as a Link Material, this card is unaffected by your opponents card effects. While theirs a "HERO" Monster(s) in a zone(s) this card points to, increase this cards ATK by 500 for each "HERO" Monster in a zone this card points to and this card can attack equal to the number of "HERO" Monsters in zones this card points to during each of your Battle Phases.

So Kingdom Neos EXCEED acting as a Link Evolution of the regular (and my most iconic of my custom cards) Kingdom Neos where if E-HERO Kingdom Neos is used this card gains effect protection. In addition to that this card also can gain ATK and multiple attacks while their are "HERO" Monsters in zones this card points to.

 

In HERO's with its 3 Link Marks it helps with HERO's Extra Deck plays and through that it can at max power a bulky 4500 ATK Monster with 3 attacks. In addition this can be easily summoned through setting up a Wonder Driver and summoning Kingdom Neos to a zone it points to while triggering Wonder Drivers effect to recycle a Fusion/Poly Spell card where then you can summon Kingdom Neos EXCEED with the addition of effect protection when E-HERO Kingdom Neos is used to summon it.
