Neutrality Man
D.D. Warrior Lady - Rift WalkerLIGHT Warrior Link Effect Monster2000/LINK-22 "D.D." Monsters"Dimensional Fissure" and "Macro Cosmos" you control cannot be destroyed or targeted by card effects. If this card battles an opponent's monster, at the start of the Battle Step: you can banish both this card and the monster it is battling until the end of the Battle Phase; return 1 other banished card to its owner's hand. Just a little support Link Monster for my favorite Deck's strategy. Anything else I say about it will just devolve into a massively off-base rant about the OCG being a superior list that we should adopt wholesale into the TCG. Flash Flyer - Sakura
General issues with this card (and I will focus this review on the TCG list, as almost everyone here plays this format).D.D. as a whole are still slow to get out in the TCG due to lack of coherency and summon options. Yeah, there are good D.D. monsters like Assailant, Warrior Lady, etc (and the Scout Plane thing with any banishing card up), but they work like that: INDIVIDUALLY. Both the cards this protects are currently at 1 in TCG, which doesn't make much sense right now here. You would use either one, yes, but why those two in particular? Granted, it does help with not getting shot via backrow removal, however that's it.Second effect is technically fine for retrieving said Assailant/Warrior Lady/whatever, but at the same time, you are basically ripping off Photon Dragon's effect (though it does free up your EMZ for something else, so...there's that). As I mentioned above, how are you consistently fielding 2 "D.D." monsters in the current meta to actually summon it? Last I checked, D.D. never hit competitive status on their own, and were moreso engines. Card does what it needs to, yes, but its material requirements aren't easy to make in the current environment and both of the cards this is supposed to protect are not searchable/retrievable and currently at 1 here.
