So Captain Skyfang acts as the decks boss monster where it can only be summoned off the effect of a Fur Hire Card and when it is summoned it can let you shuffle Fur Hire Monsters from your GY into your deck in order to destroy cards on the field and in addition to that it can grant your other Fur Hire Monsters 300 ATK for each Fur Hire Monster you control making it a powerful card in the Fur Hire Deck which can summon out a large number of monsters out at once.

 

Note that Fur Hire is the TCG name for Skyfang Brigade which this cards name pays homage to its OCG theme name.
