Once per Duel, you can Special Summon this card from your hand/Graveyard by revealing 1 XYZ monster from your extra Deck who’s total original ATK & DEF is equal to this card’s original ATK. After this card is Special Summoned, it cannot declare an attack until a monster from your Extra Deck is Summoned to your field. If a monster is Summoned from your Extra Deck and destroyed, then this card returns from your field to your Deck.

 

 

(I see this as balanced card, you can easily Special summon it by having required XYZ card in your extra Deck also you need 3 tributes if you wanna tribute summon it, and you can have it as 1-2 turn stalling block (like milenium shield) if it can’t attack. If you want it to attack, all you need is to xyz/synchro summon card from your Deck, these days that’s not so hard.)

Actually you just need 2 Tributes for this card, since Level 7+ all require 2 Tributes unless otherwise specified on the card. The God cards and Wickeds require 3 Tributes because it's explicitly written in the text. Same with the old match winners, but we don't talk about them in this section b/c they're Illegal and don't contribute anything otherwise.

But yeah, summon conditions are easy enough to pull off (unless you're playing Rank 2 or lower, you can essentially reveal ANY Xyz). Though, outside being a free 3000 beater, it doesn't accomplish too much outside being Rank 10 fodder or ED fodder for Fusion or Links. Please remember that spot removal / Kaijus exist so this being a 3000 ATK monster off the bat doesn't accomplish much nowadays in the competitive world. It's a free summon, yes, but no Deck will bother with Tribute Summoning this over other other options after its OPD usage expires.

 

(Uh, even for Monarchs/True Kings [or whatever still Tribute Summons nowadays], they got better things to run than this in terms of Tributing stuff.)

 

I can't see this being used too much, if at all, in the current game.
