(Quick effect): You can Tribute this card in you Extra Monster Zone; Special Summon 1 "Maked HERO" monster with a different name form your Extra Deck, ignoring its Summoning Conditions. You can only use this effect if "Masked HERO Martial Law" once per turn. Once per turn: You can target 1 Fusion Material that was used for a Fusion Summon in your GY; Special Summon it.

Dark Law's brother, not sure how the first effect shoudl be worded, by its own its a little less oppressive, but can tag out inot its big brother or any for that matters. Also it helps the traditional fusion heroes as well

Doesn't look that good, IMO. Even if Dark Law was banned, this is competing with Anki. Actually, not really, since Anki's effect can let it turn into this after it attacks, so this would basically translate to +1800 extra attack for an OTK. Of course, if Dark Law wasn't a thing, this would be the next best thing to Mask Change Shadow Mist during the first turns, but after that, it just becomes extra damage after Anki.
