If you control a Machine monster: special summon 1 level 6 or lower Machine monster from your deck in defense position but it cannot be used as synchro, xyz, or link material or be tributed and its effects are negated. Also, you can add 1 level 6 or lower Machine-Type monster from your deck to your hand (simultaneously) and reveal it (keep it revealed until the end of this turn) but it cannot be normal summoned/set from your hand this turn. During the End Phase, shuffle the summoned monster and the added monster (if any) into the deck.

 

I thought of this as indirect support for an archetype I have yet to post here that will involve contact fusion using monsters you control and in your hand. However, it should work for some TCG machine decks such as ABC and Cyber Dragons. You could add 2 cards and use them as fusion materials in a cyber dragon deck. Also you could summon another material for ABC-Dragon Buster. The requirement of controlling a Machine-Type monster is to keep this card from being used as an engine card in non-Machine decks. Originally both cards were going to be special summoned, but I decided that was too much.
