So this card acts as support for the Helios cards where this first can banish any 5 cards from your deck and during the end of each of your turns increase your life points equal to the number of cards banished x 300. Then while in the grave you can banish it to summon any of the Helios Monsters including the Level 8 to the field.

 

In banish focused decks this would be a decent card where this can work with things like Gren Maju Da Eiza and Helios for generating ATK with having a number of your cards banished while having it on the field also generates you LP.
