So this card is a finisher styled card that can only be used during your End Phase and deal massive damage by tributing a Warrior, Dragon or both of them. In addition this card cannot be negated and the damage dealt cannot be reduced which can counter defensive decks that could negated this card or reduce any of the damage.

 

Finally this card can also be activate during the turn it was set if your opponent has 4000 or less life and controls no Monsters.

 

This card in Warrior/Dragon Decks can be useful if tributing your bigger Monsters or Monsters who had their ATK boosted allowing this to finisher your opponent off.

 

In regards to the cards power the best counter for dealing with this card is to this is playing card effects that removes your opponents Monsters from the field during the activation of this card so you have no targets for this card to tribute.
