This card cannot attack your opponent directly unless you have cards that are banished face-down. This card gains ATK equal to the number of cards you have that are banished face-down x 200. (Quick Effect:) you can shuffle 3 of your face-down banished cards into your deck; target 1 card on your opponents side of the field, banish the targeted card face-down. You can only activate this effect of "Great Deletor - Kozaky Void" once per turn.

So the idea behind this card is that it works with cards like Necro Fusion and Pot of Desires which banish cards face-down to generate a lot of advantage. The card itself is a generic 3 material Fusion Monster with 3000 ATK that can't attack directly but with the added support from face-down banishing cards this card can gain a lot of ATK and once a turn can banish your opponents cards face-down.

 

In banishing themed decks this card can work well with cards like Gren Maju Da Eiza who can also benefit from having a lot of cards banished as it can gain a lot of ATK from it.
