Trap Card

Activate this card while you control 2 or more Monsters with different Attributes. Target up to 2 cards on the field, negate the targeted cards effects until your next End Phase. Your opponent cannot activate card effects in response to the activation of this card.

 

So Helix Seal is a trap card set up to work in multi attribute decks where it can shut down the effects of up to 2 cards on the field and continue the negation until the end of your next turn. Plus this card prevents your opponent from being able to counter it.

 

In Decks like Yang Zing, Aromage and E-HERO's and Cyberse that use more than one attribute in the deck this card can be helpful in shutting down your opponents plays.
