Arimetal
[spoiler=Blue-Eyes] When this card is activated: Add 1 "Toon Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from your Deck to your hand. This card is always treated as "Toon World". If you Special Summon a "Blue-Eyes" monster, you can Special Summon 1 "Toon Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from your hand, ignoring its summoning conditions. If you control "Toon Blue-Eyes White Dragon", you can send this card to the GY; draw 2 cards. [spoiler=Buster Blader] When this card is activated: Add 1 "Toon Buster Blader" from your Deck to your hand. This card is always treated as "Toon World". You can discard 1 "Buster Blader" monster; add 1 "Destruction Sword" card from your Deck to your hand. You can send this card and 1 Dragon monster on the field to the GY; Special Summon 1 "Toon Buster Blader" from your GY. [spoiler=Ancient Gear Golem] When this card is activated: Add 1 "Toon Ancient Gear Golem" from your Deck to your hand. This card is always treated as "Toon World". If "Toon Ancient Gear Golem" is sent to the GY for the Fusion Summon of an "Ancient Gear" Fusion Monster: Add 1 "Ancient Gear" card from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn, you can target 1 other face-up Spell Card on the field; destroy it, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Toon Ancient Gear Golem" from your GY. Send this card to the GY during the End Phase of the turn you activate this effect. [spoiler=Dark Magician] When this card is activated: Add 1 "Toon Dark Magician" from your Deck to your hand. This card is always treated as "Toon World". "Toon Dark Magicians" on the field or in the GY are treated as "Dark Magician" while this card is face-up on the field. If you Special Summon a "Dark Magician" Toon monster, you can send this card to the GY; set 1 Spell or Trap card that specifically lists "Dark Magician" in it's card text from your Deck to an unoccupied Spell & Trap Zone you control. It can be activated this turn. [spoiler=Red-Eyes Black Dragon] When this card is activated: Add 1 "Toon Red-Eyes Black Dragon" from your Deck to your hand. This card is always treated as "Toon World". If you Normal Summon a "Red-Eyes" monster, you can Special Summon 1 "Toon Red-Eyes Black Dragon" from your hand or GY. "Red-Eyes" monsters are unaffected by card effects the turn they are summoned. Send this card to the GY during your third End Phase after this card was activated. I really did fall in love with these artworks and upon thinking of it I got a bit of a weird idea. Making cards that give Toons a purpose in their 'source' decks. Still got more to go but I figure 3 isn't a bad start. CnC welcome. POST EDIT NOTE:Okay so making them Toon World opens up possibilities that just didn't exist before. You're giving decks access to other Toon Cards and I don't know how I feel about it. Namely you are giving them:-Toon Mermaid-Comic Hand-Shadow Toon-and MimicatOne of those are a literal snatch steal. Idk, food for thought. Its not like any of the decks I'm giving this to really worry me (Except an upcoming Cyber Dragon which I need to be careful with) in terms of pushing them over the edge. Just something really cool and slightly scary imo. Also I realize after the fact that the wording should be (This card's name is always treated as "Toon World".) but I already wrote them and I'm lazy and funk you deal with it. Darj
The card names are awkwardly long. Have you considered another keyword? May I suggest "Toonland"? Something like "Toonland - Buster Blader" may sound better. Blue-Eyes:First, you have a sneaky typo. It should be "ignoring its Summoning conditions". Also note that you won't be able to Summon a Toon Blue Eyes from the GY if it wasn't summoned properly first. Still, this card offers an extra punch or draw power for Blue Eyes, and looks good enough to me. Buster Blader:Spells don't have (quick effect) clauses, only monsters do since it's a type of monster effect. Just go for a "during either player's turn", and even then, spell speed 2 Cont. Spells are rare and usually they are written as continuous effects (e.g. The Mermail equips, Purple Poison Magician pendulum effect, Verdant Sanctuary, Magician Right & Left Hands). The only precedence is Rainbow Ruins. Not suggesting to not make it SS 2, but you may want to be consistent with Konami. Also, "-Type monster" is not used anymore. You would have to write as " Dragon monster".That aside, this looks like great support for Buster Blader. The search allows it to feed the second effect on its own, and nicely sets the last effect up. Gear Golem:I spot no issues with the text. Card looks actually crazy good. You can't rarely go wrong with a searcher for a material, then this get to search for another card, and trigger Geartown and get the used material on the field. The only thing holding it back is requiring a Fusion Summon to enable it,. but with cards like Hound, Wyvern and even a Predaplant engine, that shouldn't be a big issue. Overall these look from decent to great for their respective archetypes. If I may suggest anything, is to make them be treated as Toon World so the Toons feel a bit more at home, so to speak. At least they would get the chance to attack directly if you don't control other monsters.

They were just placeholders because I couldn't think of anything catchy. Toonland isn't bad though and I might make the next cards read as that and if I like I'll redo the older ones. Its vs it's gets me a lot. I tend to just leave out all ' from my typing cuz of a few cases like that. Also I didn't know that "ignoring summoning conditions" didn't cover reviving something from grave that wasn't properly summoned first. It was the first card I made so I wanted to do something simple and figure out how I wanted the cards structured. Might redo the effect later. I thought "during either player's turn" was outdated psct. I haven't seen it on a card in a couple of years. (Its replacement being Quick Effect) Although I was hoping to keep it SS2 either way. Yeah, the type thing slipped out. I'll be fixing that. Gear Golem was fun to do. My main goal for all of these is to make the Toons worth playing in the first place. So a free search and pop seemed like it could be the way to go. I was actually thinking of having them treated as Toon World. After finishing the Blue-Eyes though, I was worried that I was giving Toons a bunch of cards they don't need with generic effects. After completing Buster Blader and Ancient Gear Golem though, I don't think that will be the case. So yeah, will probably change my mind there. The clause is still valid AFAIK, it's just that cards with it have not been printed lately. I recall PSY-Frame Overload being one of the latest cards that have it, and that one was printed with the updated PSCT.
